Pinwheels

By the end of class, you’ll have a solid understanding of laminated dough and how to use it in both classic and creative ways. Whether you’re baking from scratch or leveling up your store-bought dough game, you’ll be ready to work some pastry magic.

This will be an interactive demonstration class and will last about 2.5 hours.
