Ooey Gooey Hybrid Class with Dahlia Jade

Join me for an open-level fusion belly dance workshop designed to unlock your body’s natural fluidity and deepen your connection to movement. We’ll explore techniques to release tension, find spaciousness in the joints, and melt into that delicious, “gooey” quality that makes fusion so mesmerizing. Expect a full-body warm-up, guided explorations in elasticity and breath, and flowing movement sequences that invite both softness and control.

This will be my first hybrid class — welcoming dancers both in-person and online — as I test out new ways to bring our community together across distances. Come ready to move, experiment, and luxuriate in your body’s possibilities.

Level: Open to all dancers with a basic understanding of body awareness and movement flow.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes you can stretch in, a yoga mat and blocks, water, and your patience as we dive into this new (to me) journey of hybrid classes!
