This playful handstand workshop blends flow, exploration, and skill-building to help you approach inversions with confidence and curiosity. We’ll move through a thoughtful warm-up, explore a variety of inversions, and break down alignment with a strong focus on safety and body awareness. You’ll have time to play, practice, and experiment, while learning ways to build strength and continue working inversions safely on your own. Whether you’ve never kicked up before or you’re ready to refine your upside-down practice, modifications and progressions will be offered so you can meet your body exactly where it is.
