In this participation-based, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to:
Mix, roll, and fold buttery puff pastry and croissant dough
Create the signature flaky layers that define French baking
Bake and finish multiple classic pastries using traditional methods

On the Menu
Croissants – golden, crisp, and perfectly layered
Pain au Chocolate – rich chocolate wrapped in buttery dough
Palmiers – delicate, caramelized pastry cookies

You’ll work through each step alongside the instructor, co-owner Susan Dolinar to gaining the skills and confidence to recreate these pastries at home.
