Donny Brook are an Indie Funk Rock band originating from the south coast of the UK. Connecting through love for music and joking around, jamming in sheds and garages they started writing whatever came to them. Known for their energetic and eclectic live shows they have teared up gigs in the south and now exploring the northern music scene of Sheffield, Leeds and Manchester. Their Debut Ep, Don’t Know No One Does released after lockdown explored the feelings of growing up and passion. “Tall in name, tall in nature.”�Musically speaking, James Tall blends jangly guitars and wistful lyrics, all while attempting to channel the melodic genius of The Beatles, the bittersweet swagger of The Smiths, and the nostalgic bite of the naughties, with a fresh coat of bedroom-born honesty.
After years of desperately trying to live up to the name, mixed in with sonic tinkering and late-night revelations, James emerged from the four walls of his room with his debut EP, Green Hill View (October 2025). Featuring tracks like Pressure, Cruel Irony, and debut single Murder at The Palace Hotel, the record dives into emotional detours, hostile hangouts, and awkward encounters.
On stage, Tall trades introspection for energy – joined by his best mates, delivering raw, electric sets that blend schoolboy sarcasm with melancholic elegance. He’d be a star by now if he was a little bit taller.

Exploring synthesis and drum sampling, Lula twists the world of electronic music around the sound of smooth RnB.
Featuring groovy guitar and bass lines, and beats that provide some edge and grunge, Lula Gold’s songs always involve a catchy hook and rhythmic melodies that stick in the mind. Deep synths decorate her music intensifying the unique sound world she creates, making her songs an experience you can feel and groove to.
