Better Human Book Club @ Handley Library

Join us for a monthly gathering focused on growth, mindfulness, and becoming our best selves! The Better Human Book Club—presented in partnership between the Handley Library branch and MoveMentation—invites you to explore books that deepen self‑understanding and inspire both personal and communal well‑being.

Before we dive into discussion, each meeting begins with gentle stretches and simple movement exercises led by Adrian VanKeuren of MoveMentation to help us center our minds and bodies.
