Your instructor, Christel Banashek, is the owner of Josephine’s Kitchen, a Winchester-based catering business specializing in international cuisine with a focus on authentic Polish dishes.
Asian dumplings are a delicious reflection of regional flavors, techniques, and traditions—ranging from delicate, soup-filled xiaolongbao to bold, spicy kimchi dumplings—each bite telling a story of culture, history, and craftsmanship.
On the Menu:
