Delicious Foods – Everyone bring a dish or two. It is carry in style lined on a buffet with no charge to guests.
First round will start of lunch at 11:30 AM.
ELEVEN-THIRTY AM we will say grace and start eating.
Clean up around 5:30 pm.
Raffle Items for all ages – Tickets $1 each
Child Grab Bags - $1 each
Buy/Sell/Trade Tables - {Crafts, Foods, Antiques} Do you have something to sell or trade? Tables will be available to display your items. If you are selling items, make sure you clearly mark each item's cost and who to pay. If you want to trade an item(s), bring it to the table and take something else off the table.
Photo Area – Fun props will be available to take family pics. Bring your camera.
Help pay attention to your branch of the family tree to round up for a group photo of that branch. That photo will be one long treasured by future generations and one no one wants to miss.
There is a fancy new large deck area on the south-east corner of the building great for a place for folks to round up outdoors if weather permits, too.
