Through cleansing and energetic preparation, solstice-themed breathwork inspired by the sunflower, immersive forest bathing, and a guided light body activation in nature, you will be invited to attune to the frequency of midsummer and the radiance already alive within you. Back in the space, we will soften into the heart-opening medicine of summer rose through cordial, tea and an anointing oil gift, before resting into a Reiki-infused sound bath and closing with a nourishing vegan treat and herbal tea. This retreat is a gentle yet powerful invitation to cleanse, open, receive and honour your own inner light at this potent turning of the wheel. Amanda has been leading groups into Forest Bathing, holding ceremony and teaching Breathwork for many years. The depth of her knowledge is wide, and you will feel truly connected and held by her experience in the ancient woods at Gaunts House, all of which are hundreds of years old and beyond. She hosted Ancient Egyptian Breathwork workshops at Freezone Festival in May last year, and again this year, also held at Gaunts House. Lianne will take you on a sound journey, which enables the body to receive sound frequencies and vibrations. Creating a profound state of relaxation, balance within the body and mind. She regularly hosts one to ones, workshops and retreats with her wonderful loving warm energy. Lianne also works as a vegan chef with her business Tribe Kitchen - bringing community together with her incredible food. Regardless of the weather on the day, we will be creating a 'nature experience', which if needed, can be held in the 'Barn Theatre'.
