- **Event Description**: Welcome to Sew Lovely Jubbly, a brand new custom designed retreat and class space in Ferndown, just doors away from your favourite fabric shop, Lovely Jubbly Fabrics.

Join us for 5 days of stitching fun at one of our weekday holidays. 

The space:
Choose from one of our 14 allocated deluxe workstations complete with desktop shelving, adjustable work light, protective desk mat, cutting mat and mini shelf system on wheels and an ergonomic chair. Plus, a goodie bag!

We provide separate storage for your sewing machine bag / box, a fridge with a dedicated space for each guest, a storage cubby for your extra supplies, large cutting table and ironing station.

Choose your workstation:
Our 14 workstations have allocated seating. Check the workstation map in the product photos and select your seat when booking. We have a "Lovely" group of 6 spaces, and a "Jubbly" group of 8 spaces, all numbered to correspond to the seat plan.

Booking:
You can book for one or more guests. As this is allocated seating, we ask you to provide the guest name and guest email address for each seat (we must have contact information for each guest, not just the information for the person making the booking). If you are booking for more than one person on a single transaction, all payment plan invoices will be sent to the person who makes the booking.

The retreat theme:
This is an open sewing retreat, there is no specific theme. Bring your FPP, EPP, bag projects, quilts - it's your choice!

    Communal space is limited. We politely request you to prepare / cut your projects in advance as the cutting space is communal. There is not space for cutting and preparing large projects.
    No spray adhesives will be permitted for use on site. 
    No open containers for drinks will be permitted in the space.

Enjoy time with like-minded sewists in our dedicated luxury retreat space. We also provide time to shop at Lovely Jubbly Fabrics each day.

All of our events are non-residential.
We do not provide meals / accommodation.

This will be hosted at Arena Business Centre in Ferndown, Dorset, where Sew Lovely Jubbly and Lovely Jubbly Fabrics are located.

Price: £394.50

Available payment plans:
Option 1: £49.50 Deposit - Plus 3 x Payments of £115. Payments scheduled according to date of booking.

Option 2: 5 Instalments no longer available due to date of event.

Week Schedule:

        Monday 16th March - Friday 20th March 2026 9am - 9pm.   
        - Get fully settled in for a week of sewing fun. Our holidays have a lighter schedule due to the longer amount of time we have together.
        Your favourite events will feature, including swaps and Show and Tell, plus lots more fun and surprises and access to Lovely Jubbly Fabrics.

You will need to bring:

    Please bring your own packed lunch for each day. We will arrange surprise social events within the week.  You will need to book accommodation locally if an overnight stay/s is required.
    Your sewing machine, tools and supplies and prepared projects.
    Swap gift (if you have opted to participate).
    Items for show and tell - we strongly recommend you take part.
    Sealed container/s for your beverages.

There are tea and coffee making facilities on site and we will provide snacks - please advise if you have any allergies that will affect our snack provision.

Swap:
We will be hosting a small anonymous swap at each event. This is an amazing icebreaker to open the event and a fun mini project to work on. It will be either a fabric postcard or small hanging decoration. I really encourage you to participate.

Dietary requirements:
Please provide full details of any allergies so we can ensure our snacks on site are suitable for all attendees.

Terms & Conditions:

We have invested a lot of money making this space special for our guests. We ask that you take care of your allocated workstation and communal spaces. Damage and breakages caused to workstations including but not limited to damage to the desktop, chair and shelving storage systems will result in a set £100 damage charge which is the responsibility of the guest and will be invoiced. We have provided a protective mat for your sewing machine as well as a cutting mat at each workstation.

Cancellations:

Deposit is non-refundable. By booking to join the retreat you are committing to pay the full cost of the event.

Cancellations made on or after December 1st 2025 and on or before December 31st 2025 will be refunded 50% amount paid to date of cancellation minus deposit value of £49.50.

Cancellations made on or after 1st January 2026 and on or before 31st January 2026 will be refunded 30% amount paid to date of cancellation minus deposit value of £49.50.

Cancellations made on or after 1st February 2026 will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
