Sweat and Smile with E-C

Fun and sweaty community class in the neighborhood for anyone who
* finds it difficult to make their schedule work with the gym timetable,
* is not an avid fan of large group classes or
* is simply looking for a way to get sweaty and active locally

Sweat and smile while participating in a mixed conditioning session (cardio, strength)

ALL abilities are welcome.
