To look back mindfully overall we have achieved and worked for throughout the year. To really honour all facets of the personal journeys we have been on, as well as finding deep rest and stillness.

Winter Retreat Itinerary:

* Welcome Circle Meet the group by the warmth of the fire, surrounded by apple trees adorned with crystals, We'll be setting Intentions with Wild Snacks and warming Teas, available throughout the day.

* Guided Foraging Walk You will be guided to collect all that is available in Winter for our nature table. We forage in fields and hedgerows and wilder nature. One of the best ways to directly connect with nature is through foraging for wild berries, flowers, herbs and edibles. We will be collecting foliage for our handmade wreaths!

* Guided Meditation Journey Be Guided into deep rest and mindful illuminations.

* Feasting Lunch We will also be enjoying a winter celebration vegan feast, full of spices, fruits and vegetables of the season all made from seasonal, local, foraged and garden-grown. In communion together, around our creative nature table with fun, good food and story sharing on the menu.

* Winters Wreath Making Using all the nature we have foraged, we'll be creating our very own winter wreaths, filled with not only the abundance of our local hedgerows but also filled with intention and beauty that we have cultivated throughout the year!

* Closing Ceremony Finally we gather together in circle, in community we will reflect on the day, and join together for the final words of wisdom.
