Join us at The Pioneers Table: A Night of Dinin’ & Dancin’ at the historic 7A Ranch Resort, where we’ll honor western traditions with a twist of purpose in this unforgettable fundraising dinner + after-party.

We are thrilled to host Charred Hospitality (Austin-based masters of live-fire, globally flavored cuisine) and Wimberley Valley Dinner Club (local chef known for seasonal, ingredient-driven goodness) as our chef partners for the evening. Together, they’ll craft a culinary journey that blends rustic trail flavors with modern flair.

A portion of all ticket sales goes to Camp CommUnity, a Wimberley nonprofit working hard to support local youth—providing after-school opportunities and summer school scholarships to kids in the Valley.

Picture this: you and your friends are having dinner under the stars at one long table on Main Street in Pioneer Town, with vendors to browse and a silent auction to bid on… when the plates are cleared, you shuffle over to the Opera House for live music, two-steppin’, and a well-earned nightcap.

To kick things off, stroll the old western boardwalk with a drink in hand and soak up live tunes as the sun dips low. Browse vendors bringing a marketplace vibe with charm worthy of Main Street Old West—think hat bar, permanent jewelry, and more so you can deck yourself out (and maybe score a keepsake).

Then, as stars emerge, gather at The Pioneers Table for an outdoor, chef-crafted dinner under the sky. Thanks to Charred Hospitality & Wimberley Valley Dinner Club, you’ll enjoy a multi-course meal where American pioneer-style elements meet elevated flavors and paired drinks. It’s hearty. It’s beautiful. It’s the taste of Texas with a twist.

The night continues in the Opera House—for a nightcap, live country music, two-step lessons, a cash bar, dancing, and one more loop through the boardwalk vendors to close your evening just right.
