Illuminate: A Solstice Renewal is a five-hour immersive retreat honoring the turning of the light — a passage from darkness into dawn. Guided through breathwork, sound baths, chanting, ecstatic dance, meditation, journaling, and ceremony, we journey inward to release what has dimmed our spirit and to rekindle the fire of truth and healing.
Within the stillness of the solstice, light is reborn — within the world and within you. Come breathe, move, and remember your luminous nature as we honor the sacred return of the sun together.
