This beautiful vacation rental home, "Our Sweet Retreat," is the perfect place to gather for our Friendsgiving Charcuterie Workshop. This workshop will teach the skills needed for creating your own beautiful, tasty charcuterie board, as well as provide a super fun outing for you, your significant other, your co-workers or your best friends as we celebrate Friendsgiving, cheese-style. Gain skills you can use to make your own charcuterie board at home for the holidays. Here’s what’s included with your ticket:
- Professional charcuterie and cheese board instruction by Grazing To-Go’s owner, Paula.
- A 10" round Acacia wood board with handle that’s yours to keep. Plus a box and packaging to take everything home.
- 1-2 charcuterie meats, 3-4 cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, cornichons, olives, preserves, honey & dipper, holiday-themed garnishes, crackers and a sweet. Each board serves up to 4.
- Instruction on how to create a salami rose, cut and style cheeses, style fruit in unique ways, plus tips, tricks and guidance for styling your own beautiful board.
- Steps for planning, shopping, prepping and building a board at home for your next gathering.
