Are you feeling stretched? Caring for someone with a chronic illness such as dementia, heart disease, Parkinson’s disease, or stroke can be physically, emotionally, and financially stressful. In this six-session workshop, learn to reduce stress, improve self-confidence, better communicate your feelings, balance your life, increase your ability to make tough decisions, and locate helpful resources. Coffee and light refreshments will be served. Registration is required by Friday, May 23.
