Join the battle and celebrate the launch of the GUNDAM CARD GAME Booster Pack Newtype Rising [GD01]! Players in this event will be eligible to Pre-Order up to 3 Gundam Dual Impact Booster Box [BP-02], which we will otherwise not make available for Pre-Order. There will also be 3 random drawings during the event for Booster Boxes of both Newtype Rising and Dual Impact.
All players entering the Gundam Newtype Rising Booster Pack Launch Tournament will receive the following:
• 2 Gundam Newtype Rising Booster Packs
• 1 random Gundam Starter Deck
• 1 Exclusive GD01-005 Unicorn Gundam (Unicorn-Mode) Participation Promo Card
• 1 Exclusive GD01-088 Banagher Links Participation Promo Card
• 1 Exclusive Gundam Card Storage Box.
Players will have 20 minutes to customize their Starter Deck with the cards from their 2 Booster Packs as well as this events Promo Cards. Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards. Cards not used in decks are treated as sideboard cards. In-between games, players can exchange cards in their deck with cards in their sideboard. Players can exchange as many cards between deck and sideboard as they like, so long as they have a legal number of cards in their deck.
The tournament will consist of three 45-minute best-of-1 Swiss Rounds, and additional Rounds may be added based on attendance and Round results.
The Top Finisher will receive 1 Gundam Newtype Rising Booster Box along with additional Participation Promo items. With 17 or more players the 2nd Place Finisher will also receive an additional Participation Promo items. Additional Prize Support will be based on the number of players in the tournament, with 2 Gundam Newtype Rising Booster Packs per player added to the prize pool with more than 16 players, otherwise 1 Pack per player will be added. Players must still be active and present at the end of the tournament to qualify for any prizing.
1 lucky player in this event will win a Gundam Newtype Rising Booster Box [BP-01] and 2 lucky players will each win a Gundam Dual Impact Booster Box [BP-02] when it release later this year.
Registering in Bandai's TCG+ App is required but DOES NOT guarantee a seat in the Tournament. Only by Pre-Registering through DreamDazeCFG's Tournament webpage are you guaranteed a seat in this event, provided that you arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the Tournament start time (please see comments for link).

Online Pre-Registration will be limited to 16 players however additional In-Store Pre-Registrations will be available beginning Saturday, 07/19/25.
