Tonya also serves as an Associate Professor of Social Work at Barton College, bringing her passion for wellness, growth, and intentional living into both the classroom and the community.Consquello RhodesConsquello Rhodes is a poet, author, and reflective writing facilitator whose work inspires healing and self-discovery. She is the author of several books, including Determined: Born to Break Down Barriers, Today I Choose Me, and Rhodes to Overcoming and Healing. Consquello has experience leading group sessions for individuals navigating substance use challenges, using journaling and creative expression as tools for insight, grounding, and personal transformation.
