You’ll learn how to make versatile and foolproof oatmeal cookie bar base from scratch using simple pantry ingredients like butter, brown sugar, oats, and vanilla. Then the fun begins – customize your bars with a variety of mix-ins including chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, dried cranberries, and more. Whether you love rich and gooey or fruity and chewy, there’s a combo here for every taste!

You’ll go step-by-step through mixing, baking, and how to perfectly portion and store your bars. You’ll leave with a tray of delicious treats (perfect for picnics or sharing), a master recipe you can make again and again, and the confidence to get creative in the kitchen.
