Once you are comfortably lying or seated, Tamsin will guide you into relaxation using mindful breath awareness, her voice, and a carefully curated blend of sounds. The session weaves together singing bowls, chimes and gentle vocal harmonics, creating a soothing soundscape that supports relaxation, balance and inner stillness.
Tamsin works intuitively, allowing the combination of breath, sound and presence to help settle the nervous system and encourage a sense of ease and grounding. The experience is immersive yet gentle, inviting you simply to rest, listen and be supported.
After approximately 45 minutes, you will be softly guided back to full awareness, leaving you feeling calm, centred and refreshed.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
