Winter Solstice Astro Flow w/ Kelsie Cole

In this workshop, we’ll combine the ancient arts of yoga, meditation, & astrology through an extended practice inspired by current sun & moon transits. While astrology allows us to study the zodiac & their corresponding elements, we gain insight to our innate tendencies, natural strengths & potential struggles. Through ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, we further explore different approaches on integrating the elements, & through the somatic experience of yoga & meditation, we apply these approaches on our mats. This beautiful marriage between yoga & astrology opens a new pathway towards healing & aligning our mind & body with the sun, moon, stars, & Universe.
