- **Event Description**: Join us on Thursday, February 26, at 6 PM for The Art of Food: From Mountains to Sea, a unique farm-to-table wine dinner featuring locally sourced seafood from our friends at Zora’s Market and Kitchen.

The evening begins with an exclusive tour of From Mountains to Sea with Associate Curator Ben Billingsley. Gain special insight into this exhibition that celebrates the relationship between art and the natural world.

Following the tour, guests will enjoy a culinary experience curated by CAM Café’s Chef Chip Pridgen, with a five-course prix fixe menu inspired by the exhibition. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with wines from Kellogg Selections.

Intro: Goat Lady Dairy Smokey Mountain chevre, house-cured salmon gravlax crostini with charred peach chutney 
Paired with J. Vineyards Sparkling California Cuvee

Appetizer: Pepper-crusted sea scallop, Petrusco trout caviar and salsify root puree 
Paired with Via Alpina Sauvignon Blanc, 2024, Friuli, Italy

Salad: Roasted wild mushrooms, baby arugula and micro greens, shaved Manchego cheese, shoyu-ginger emulsion 
Paired with Seresin LEAH Pinot Noir, 2022, Marlborough, New Zealand

Main: Pan-seared local tilefish, Carolina Gold rice pilaf, butterbean and sweet pepper succotash, saffron beurre blanc 
Paired with Verget Au Sud Chardonnay, 2023, France

Dessert: Espresso mocha mousse 
Paired with Robert Foley Conclusão Port-Style Wine, Napa Valley, California
