These practices help her feel grounded, present, and deeply connected to her inner child, while supporting her mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.She is an educator and instructional coach, as well as a Certified Brain Power Teacher Leader, who has been sharing yoga, mindfulness, and wellness practices with the students and teachers she serves since 2009. She also teaches yoga and barre outside of the education space.Her work is rooted in creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate presence, self-compassion, and joy.
