Families are the primary source of support for older adults and people with disabilities in the United States. Many family caregivers work and provide care, experiencing conflicts between competing responsibilities. Research indicates caregiving takes a significant emotional, physical, and financial toll.

November is National Caregivers month. It is a time to acknowledge and honor families who are often caregiving "around the clock".

St. Paul's Church wants to support caregivers, and one way in which we do this is to provide A Day of Caring for Caregivers. On Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 10 am until 2 pm we are hosting an event for those who are or have recently been  caregivers. There will be activities to help caregivers step away from their daily responsibilities, even for a brief period of time. We will offer a catered lunch, and conclude the days' events with the comedy from team MomedyComedy.
