In this 75-minute guided experience, we’ll explore conscious connected breath as a way to gently clear built-up tension and support nervous system regulation. Rather than pushing for a breakthrough, this practice invites steady release and renewed clarity.

About your host:
Brooke Johnson is a certified breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner who creates grounded, heart-centered spaces for people to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves.
She holds a Level 5 Breathwork Certification through David Elliott and recently completed the High Impact Healer training with Ben Holt. Brooke is also a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Level I & II practitioner certified through William Rand and the International Center for Reiki Training, and has completed 555 Coaching Out of the Box through The International Coaching Group.
With a background in leadership development and group facilitation, Brooke brings a steady, supportive presence to every space she holds. Her work blends conscious connected breath, meditation, and gentle integration to help regulate the nervous system and create space for clarity and renewal.
She believes healing can be simple — sometimes it’s just about coming home to your breath.
