Sound Bath – Inner Alignment

In this immersive sound healing workshop, you are invited to slow down, release external noise, and reconnect with your natural state of balance. Through intentional breath, gentle guidance, and layers of healing sound, we'll create space for the nervous system to settle and the body to realign with its own wisdom. Come as you are, ready to rest, receive, and reconnect.

You are encouraged to bring your own mat if possible. Props are available at the studio to support your experience but you are also welcome to bring your own cushions, eye masks or blankets.
