Through guided visualization we will release tension and let go of what no longer serves us, making space for calm and clarity.

About your host:
Sandrine D'Andrea is a sound healing practitioner, certified holistic health coach, and certified herbalist. She recently moved to Wilmington from Denver, CO. With years of experience guiding individuals and groups, she creates transformative experiences that blend sound therapy, breathwork, visualization, and energy healing. Passionate about helping people reconnect with their inner balance as well as their body. Sandrine’s sessions support relaxation, clarity, and emotional renewal.
