- **Event Description**: Join us for a nourishing afternoon designed to help you refill your inner well through mindful movement, restorative yoga, and sound healing. 
We’ll begin with a heart-centered welcome and meditation focused on the theme of Pouring Into You—honoring all those who have poured into your life as you reconnect with your own capacity to give and receive care.
Settle in with a tea meditation, savoring each sip as an act of self-compassion and remembrance. You’ll be guided through nervous system regulating skills to support your daily life and prepare for the holidays. 
From there, we’ll move into Gentle Yoga to soften tension, open the body, and invite presence, followed by a deeply restorative Sound Bath to integrate and rest. 

We invite you to bring your favorite mug to sip tea during our meditation. 

About your hosts: 
Lucila (Lu) is a 200-hour RYT Yoga and group fitness instructor on a mission to inspire her community to live healthier, happier, and more mindful lives. With a passion for restorative yoga, sound healing, and mindfulness practices, she creates welcoming spaces where movement and stillness meet.

 Kelly believes deeply in the power of reconnecting with the inner wisdom of our body and natural ability to heal and thrive by utilizing science-based practices and tools. She is a 200-Hour RYT Yoga teacher and certified sound healing facilitator. Kelly is completing her Level 2 Sound Healing Certification and Health and Well-Being Coaching Certification. Kelly’s passion is to provide a space for all who attend her workshops and sound baths to help people tap into their inherent inner wisdom and resilience.
