- **Event Description**: FedUp Foods is one of North America’s largest private fermented beverage manufacturers, producing and packaging functional beverages such as kombucha, probiotic sodas and coffee for distribution across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
 
The renovated site spans 130,000+ sf and was delivered on an aggressive timeline to support scale-up and advanced production. McKinley Building Corporation served as a key partner in the facility transformation, supporting production upgrades including a new bottling line, upgraded tank farm, and efficient packaging systems. 

What you’ll see: As the facility will be fully operational during our visit, attendees will get a real-time look at large-scale beverage manufacturing. Tour highlights include FedUp Foods’ high-output bottling & canning lines, Industrial brew house, 40-foot-tall, 20,000-gallon fermentation tanks producing fermented beverages, coffee, and probiotic sodas, plus McKinley’s site work, including the upfit and the addition of a greenfield-built 10,000 sf concrete pad for a new tank farm.

After the tour, registrants are invited to network at Social at South Front Tavern at 1540 S. 2nd Street.

Important safety / PPE requirements: This is an active industrial food manufacturing environment, and significant PPE will be required. At minimum, plan for slip-resistant, waterproof, reinforced-toe shoes and long pants; additional PPE (safety glasses, ANSI-approved hearing protection, high-visibility vests, and red hair restraints) may be required based on production activity and facility rules and will be provided. No personal bags or wallets, nail polish, false nails, fake eyelashes, barrets, or hair clips are allowed. No jewelry other than a plain wedding band.
