Matt and Ron will be coordinating our chili ?and soup ?cookoff Friday January 30. 

VFW opens at 4PM and all chili and soup entries have to be set up NLT 6:00PM.  We will supply the electric, you will supply the crockpot or Instant Pot filled with yumminess.

?$5 to enter your best winter soup or chili recipe.
?$5 to vote for your favorite soup or chili recipe, or basically only $5 for all you can eat soup and chili HOLLA!

✅To vote you will get a special ballot when you pay your $5, then drop it in the suggestion box.  Votes to be counted at 7PM.

?Insider tip, we got the spoons but bring your own muffin tin so you have a better side by side comparison of the entries.  We will even rinse them off for you after you're done so your car doesn't smell like Chili con carne when you leave later.

Prizes for top 3 places

And as an added bonus First Sergeant has designated the uniform of the day as green silkie Friday so all Marines have to wear their green silkies to be admitted, tips accepted?
