It's a call-and-response process where the leader sings a line and the group sings it back. You can join in or simply listen—the meditative benefit comes from the sound vibrations. This is a gentle way to relieve stress and experience a different kind of meditation.

Come as you are to the Sanctuary every second and fourth Sunday of the month from 12:30-1:15pm. No experience is required, just bring your curiosity.
