An outpouring of requests from local customers has convinced us that Iron Lung (2026) is going to be a hit! We haven’t seen such a dedicated fan base in quite a while! Markiplier sure knows how to get the word out about his film.

Iron Lung (2026) is an independent upcoming Science Fiction Horror, adapted from the 2022 video game, about a convict exploring a blood ocean on a desolate moon in a post-apocalyptic future. Written, directed, edited, and starring Mark Fischbach (Markiplier), a Cincinnati raised native!
