Glow Girl Camp is part spa day, part creativity lab, part confidence-building retreat — designed to help girls feel good, feel confident, and have FUN being themselves.
This is not a typical camp. It’s a feel-good, glow-up experience where girls are celebrated, supported, and empowered from the inside out.
🌸 TWO AGE GROUPS (Separate Groups)
👧 Little Glow Girls | Ages 6–11
👩 Teen Glow Girls | Ages 12–17
Each group is led separately with age-appropriate conversations, activities, and experiences so every girl feels comfortable, confident, and included.
💖💪✨ WHAT GIRLS WILL DO ALL WEEK (CONFIDENCE-FIRST)
Glow Girl Camp is designed to help girls build confidence, find their voice, and develop inner strength—all in a fun, supportive environment that celebrates girlhood.
Throughout the week, girls will participate in:
✨ Confidence & Leadership Workshops
Age-appropriate discussions and activities focused on self-worth, speaking up, setting boundaries, and believing in themselves.
✨ Girl Power Circles
Small-group conversations where girls learn about healthy friendships, handling peer pressure, and lifting each other up instead of competing.
✨ Self-Defense & Personal Safety Class
A confidence-building self-defense session that teaches awareness, assertiveness, and basic protective skills—empowering girls to trust themselves and feel capable in their bodies.
✨ Patch Bar: Wear Your Strength
Girls will design and customize their own hat, sweatshirt, and bag using patches that represent their values, strengths, and individuality—turning confidence into something they can wear proudly.
✨ Vision Boards & Goal Setting
Girls will explore who they are now and who they want to become, creating vision boards that encourage dreaming big and believing they can achieve it.
✨ Journaling & Self-Expression
Guided journaling activities that help girls reflect, process emotions, and build a positive inner voice.
✨ Team Challenges & Confidence Games
Fun, movement-based activities designed to build resilience, communication, and leadership skills.
✨ Creative Expression Projects
Art, movement, and design projects that reinforce self-expression, individuality, and pride in who they are.
✨ Empowerment Through Self-Care (Perk, Not the Focus)
Girls will enjoy light spa-style activities like calming routine and relaxation stations as a reminder that taking care of yourself is part of being strong, not superficial.
✨ Glow Girl Graduation Celebration
The week ends with a powerful celebration honoring each girl’s growth, confidence, and accomplishments.
Girls also will take home multiple handmade projects, self-care items, and tools they’ll actually use long after camp ends.
