Step into a colorful world of confidence, connection, and care at our Candy Land–themed Girls Empowerment Workshop, where meaningful conversations meet playful creativity. Designed for teens, by teens, this interactive experience creates a safe and welcoming space for honest dialogue around mental health—especially as we navigate the challenges of the winter blues.

Guided by the idea that emotions, like the Candy Land board, come in many colors and pathways, participants will journey through conversations about self-love, resilience, and emotional wellness. Teens will share real experiences, coping strategies, and encouragement with one another, reminding each other that no one has to face tough seasons alone. 💗

Throughout the workshop, trusted mental health professionals and community experts will offer practical advice, tools, and affirmations to help teens manage stress, seasonal sadness, and self-doubt. These insights are presented in a relatable, teen-friendly way—empowering participants to care for their mental health both now and beyond the winter months.

With interactive activities, vibrant décor, sweet treats, and moments of reflection woven throughout, this workshop blends fun with purpose. By the end of the experience, participants will leave feeling seen, supported, and equipped—carrying new perspectives, stronger connections, and a renewed sense of self-worth as they continue their own Candy Land journey toward confidence and joy.
