Burnt Mill Creek is a hidden gem that runs through the heart of Wilmington. We’ll share the ongoing restoration work we’re doing to protect and improve this urban watershed for the people and wildlife who depend on it.

We’ll meet in the parking lot at 2101 Market St. (next to Port City Java) and walk around 1 mile round-trip overlooking the creek. We encourage bringing sun protection, plenty of water, and comfortable shoes. We will have a limited number of binoculars to borrow, but if you have your own, please bring ‘em!
