The Broker Pre Licensing class is designed to prepare you for a successful career in real estate. The completion of the course is a requirement for most people to be eligible to take the NC real estate licensing exam. The Broker Pre Licensing course covers basic real estate principles and practices. The course will cover brokerage law, property tax, real estate financing, closings, brokerage relationships and practice, contracts and other topics.
