BGLOT Running Club

This club is perfect for beginners—especially if you’ve never run a day in your life. Don’t worry, we’re not meeting on Thursday and jumping into sprints 😂. We’ll start with brisk walks and gradually build up our pace and endurance together.

We’re not just walking and running for fitness—we’re also training for the Rocky Run 5K in Philly on Saturday, November 8th! 🎊
(And no, you don’t have to run the whole thing—but you’ll need to keep a solid pace.)
