FREE, funded by the Delaware Division of the Arts
Registration REQUIRED, Call 302-577-7020 to register. Registration closes at noon on September 21st. 
No walk-ins and limit of 5 slots per registration. 
Must be at least 15 years old, Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
