100m dash
50m dash (8 & under)
800m run
4x100m Relay (Anything but a baton race)
4x50m Relay (8 & under), we are using a stuffed animal.
400m dash
200m dash
1600m run

Long jump, Shot Put and Discus

12yo - 14yo (Middle School)
