Since launching Camping Out for Coats in 2017, Sam’s KIDS and our incredible community have helped provide more than 17,000 new coats to children throughout Delaware. Our mission is simple: to provide EVERY child at EVERY school we serve with a brand-new coat. Because a new coat provides much more than warmth. It can create a sense of pride, build confidence and self-esteem, encourage peer acceptance and help a child arrive at school warm, comfortable and ready to learn. It’s more than a coat. Then, our campers will settle in for the night (on the field at Frawley Stadium) as we take on one of Delaware’s most unique and challenging fundraisers, all in support of local kids.
