Enter a peaceful retreat with our Restorative Yoga with Reiki class. Designed to bring balance and harmony to both body and mind, this unique session combines the gentle, soothing poses of restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. Through supportive poses held for extended periods, you'll gently stretch and open your body, releasing tension and promoting deep relaxation. Reiki, a form of energy healing, will be integrated throughout the session to enhance your overall sense of well-being. As you progress through the practice, you'll experience a shift in your nervous system from a state of stress to deep relaxation, allowing your body to enter a state of profound rest and recovery.

This class is perfect for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner seeking a deeper, more meditative experience. Come as you are, leave feeling renewed, refreshed, and reconnected with your inner self.
