- **Event Name**: Margo & Friends
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 pm
- **Event Description**: Margo & Friends is the latest project of Margo Fleming, a long time performer of the Bay Area Music Scene. She hosted open mics and jams all around the Bay including Blondie’s on Valencia St. in SF, the Canvas Gallery in SF’s inner Sunset, Nickie’s in Lower Haight and was the co-host of the prestigious West Coast Songwriter’s Open Mic atBerkeley’s Freight and Salvage, She has played extensively around the Bay including Berkeley’s Ashkenaz and Missouri Lounge, Alameda’s Fireside, San Francisco’s venerable Hotel Utah and Oakland’s Eli’s Mile High and Club 3411 along with many more throughout the Bay and beyond.

When Margo relocated to Lake County she quickly formed the group Margo and Friends debuting at the Blue Wing Saloon in Upper Lake, with a mix of original blues, classic rock, & Americana.

Margo is an accomplished singer, song-writer and multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, 12-string, bass, mandolin and octave mandolin. Her influences are rooted in the blues with a healthy dose of Jazz, Country and Rock, or as some have described the music, “Americana, California Style”. David Lieben holds down the bottom, pivoting from electric Rickenbacker bass to stand-up acoustic. Helynna Brooke keeps it all in time playing Djembe and other percussion as fits the song. Together they create an infectious sound that makes people feel good and break out dancing.
