Little Lotus Storytelling Yoga is a heart-centered series designed to help children explore important life skills through engaging stories, playful yoga adventures, mindfulness activities, creative expression, and meaningful connection.

Each class introduces a special theme—such as kindness, courage, gratitude, patience, emotional regulation, or self-worth—and brings it to life through movement and imagination. Children become part of the story as they stretch like trees, roar like lions, flutter like butterflies, breathe like dragons, and discover the wisdom already inside themselves.

This isn’t about perfect poses.

It’s about helping children build confidence, resilience, empathy, self-awareness, and healthy ways to navigate their emotions while having fun.

Michele Marie is an Integrated Mindfulness Yoga Therapist, published author, children’s yoga educator, and founder of Lotus Lounge Yoga & Wellness. She combines storytelling, movement, mindfulness, and emotional wellness practices to create experiences that nurture both children and the adults who love them.
