This unique workshop offers a deep dive into lavender as a plant, as an oil infusion and as a flower essence. The workshop will begin with a leisurely stroll through the lavender fields where you will pick a bundle of fragrant lavender to take home. Together, through intentional ritual, we will create a solar infused lavender oil and an energetic flower essence. 

Participants will then engage in a soothing flow yoga with Dr Angie and sound bathing by Cheryl Murphy to gently awaken and release any remaining tension from the body.

Following the yoga session we will indulge in a lovely, spa-cuisine inspired lunch complete with lavender lemonade and end our time with a closing ceremony to seal in the essence of the day.
