Alpha Xi Delta’s philanthropic focus is supporting children and teens who are experiencing homelessness and are in foster care. Over 420,000 children and teens are currently in foster care and an estimated 4.2 million experience homelessness every year. Alpha Xi Delta believes all children deserve love and support. 

The following is Dwell's mission statement: We exist to support and encourage foster, adoptive, and kinship families in Central PA while mobilizing and equipping the community and local church so that children have a safe, loving, forever home in which to dwell.
