Join us for a laid-back and playful seminar rooted in the energetics of the body, mind, spirit and learn about how you can play with energy for healing, health and wholeness. 

 This session is a collaborative event including discussion about the theory, metaphysics and benefits of the energy medicines of Reiki, sound healing, and plant medicine. It will include samples of sound bath, drumming, hands on healing, herbal teas, tinctures and flower essences. There will be an after session Reiki share for those interested in experiencing the transfer of energy. 
We all have access to our intuitive healer but, we often have energetic blockages stemming from stress, fear and trauma.  Discover the role that frequency plays in your life and your ability to heal. Together with your guides, Angela, Ingrid, and Julie, you will receive some tools to assist you in navigating how the awareness of energy can influence your life.

Bio’s

Angela Miele is an intuitive healer, facilitator, ceremonialist, and sound alchemist, that guides individuals to reconnect with their true divine nature.  Her unique frequency creates a container of peace, love and saftey for a transformative healing experience. With 20 years of experience in the healing arts, she combines teachings from Reiki, Theta Healing, Spinal Energetics, Somatic Alignment and Divine Source Energy to facilitate deep healing.  Angela offers private sessions, group sound healing journeys, cacao ceremonies, solstice and equinox ceremonies, as well as classes,workshops and retreats.


Ingrid Callenberger, MA,  is a certified Reiki master, Community herbalist, educator and small business owner with over 25 years of experience. She has created a vocations by combining her love of herbalism and teaching into experiential workshops throughout the community. She serves up teas, elixirs and plant based treats and wisdom to her community out of the tea shop, The Tria Prima Tea Company, she runs with her husband in downtown, Williamsport. Ingrid is excited to collaborate with Angela & Julie, two gifted teachers, in a playful setting of energetic healing, and bring the healing gifts of the plant world to those in search of deeper connections to the plant medicine growing all around us. 


Julie Kennedy is a 500hr yoga teacher and is Master Usui Holy Fire Reiki trained. Julie has been a practioner of healing arts and yoga for 10 years. She recently incorporated Shamanic journeying with Reiki infused drumming into her healing sessions, accentuating her intutive guidance. Julie is also a creator of natural products such as, soaps, sprays, candles and more.
