Evening Mat Class - 6 Week Session

Come join us for this energizing mat Pilates class. We will flow through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and uncover imbalances in your body. You’ll build stability, flexibility, and control so you can move with more ease and strength in everyday life. Expect a supportive, upbeat environment and a steady pace to keep you challenged and engaged from start to finish.

Classes are held Wednesday evenings 5:15-6:15pm for six weeks. Starting Oct 15 and running until November 19. Perfect to keep you going right up until Thanksgiving!! Cost is $60 for the full six weeks!
