LOCATION:
Our creative space will be Jeremiah’s - a spacious private event space on the second floor above the Bullfrog Brewery - accessed by stairs only. There are two restrooms and plenty of space for spreading out during our meditations. Lunch will be provided by the Bullfrog Brewery.

ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE:
In the Winter Watercolor Retreat, we will explore the process of accessing non-ordinary reality using watercolor painting and Shamanic Journey Meditation. What we see and sense during meditation can have profound personal meaning and offer deep insights that we can manifest into our lives through art making. This is WAY more than an art class. It’s a spiritual journey that has the potential to change your life.

I will provide all the tools and information you will need to easily dive into this collective adventure. The focus is the process, not the product. It’s about letting go, connecting with your intuition, engaging in art making as a form of play and charting your own path to personal empowerment.

WHAT TO BRING:
Bring a curious mind, a journal and a water bottle if you wish. For the meditation portion, you may also like to bring a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, cozy outer layer and/or eye mask. All painting materials, meditation instructions and lunch will be provided.

WHO IS THIS EXPERIENCE FOR?
You don’t have to consider yourself an artist or a meditator to thrive in this experience. This experience is for any adult with a curious inner child. Perhaps you are a writer, looking to spark new ideas, a busy professional desiring protected private time, a parent needing a blissful YOU moment or a therapist interested in learning a new self-discovery tool to bring to your sessions. This may be just the thing to unleash your creative spirit in a profound way.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

✨ An embodied connection to your sense of self, higher-self, intuition and spiritual guides as you define them.

✨ An understanding of essential watercolor tools and techniques.

✨ A foundation in Shamanic Journey Meditation - an approachable meditation style that you can repeat as often as you like.

✨ The confidence to manifest your ideas, visions and insights into existence.

✨ The ability to integrate this creative channeling method into your own personal practice.

✨ A profound awareness of the magic of our world and the omnipresence of non-ordinary reality.
