Fourth Street will be closed from Hepburn Street to Market Street, beginning at 3pm, thanks to the City of Williamsport, to ensure the safety of all participants! Vendors will be setup in the street, along with the storefront businesses, to handout candy to all of the little ghouls and goblins! Come in costume and participate in a safe and fun night! ASIDE FROM TRICK OR TREATING... ? We will again be partnering with the City of Williamsport Recreation Department who will be putting on their Fall Festival at the same time in the parking lot across from Otto Bookstore. They will have bounce houses, food vendors, and games! ?️ Horizon Federal Credit Union is back for the second year, providing trick or treat bags for the first 1000 kids. Start your night at their location at 330 Pine Street to get a bag! ? The costume contest will be held at Pine and Fourth Streets that a limited number of participants can register for AHEAD OF TIME. Registration information will be available closer to the event. ? River Valley Transit will be bringing their spooky bus downtown for kids to tour! ?? Visit with princesses from Twinkling Tiara Parties ? We will have a photo station available for family picture opportunities at Fourth & William! ☕The Genetti will be handing out hot chocolate to attendees at their booth at Fourth & William! ? Pine Street UMC will be giving away FREE hotdogs and a treat! A map will be put out of participating businesses the week of the event.
