Books & Christmas Cookies

The Women’s Fellowship Group’s next “Books and Breakfast” gathering will be on Saturday, December 6th at 9:30 am. We are reading "Theo of Golden" by Allen Levi. And we're switching it up in December with Christmas cookies for breakfast!

Questions linger about Theo, a pleasant but mysterious stranger, after his arrival in the southern city of Golden. Who is he, and why is he here? Theo of Golden is a beautifully crafted story about the power of creative generosity, the importance of wonder to a purposeful life, and the far-reaching possibilities of anonymous kindness.

The book can be borrowed from your local library or bought through Amazon, Barnes and Noble, or other locations where books are sold. You should get and read the book on your own, and then we'll discuss it over a yummy breakfast of Christmas cookies! We ask that each person bring a dozen Christmas cookies to share, along with your own beverage. We will meet at the church in the Conference Room.
